Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Manager who will play a key role in the leasing and management of our shops, offices, and other premises within Botkyrkabyggen and its subsidiaries. You will be based at our area office in Alby and report to one of our area managers.

As a Commercial Manager, you will maintain and develop customer relationships and actively coach our commercial tenants to enhance turnover while having good knowledge of the various tenants' operations and development. Furthermore, you will have financial responsibility and drive the operations for the subsidiary that houses the largest commercial part, a central facility.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Your main tasks will include:

• Ongoing management and follow-up of the companies' commercial lease agreements
• Responsible for the preparation of new lease agreements and associated appendices
• Strategic change and development of the companies' property holdings
• Consultative role where project management and negotiation are included in daily work
• Responsible for budget and forecasting processes and associated reporting
• Lead and develop routines and processes in the companies' commercial operations
• Actively support the company's business areas and departments regarding property issues
• Actively follow and communicate changes and new legal requirements in the area of premises

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics, real estate, or marketing, or post-secondary education with relevant work experience. We believe you are currently working as a manager or equivalent and have experience from the retail world. As a person, you are analytical and quality-conscious, have good knowledge of Excel, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You are relationship-building and have good communication skills. A driver's license is required.
